• The AI mindset: thinking in roles, scenarios, and communication objectives
• Use cases: reputation management, Q&As, tone-of-voice optimization, stakeholder analysis
Building Blocks of a Powerful Prompt
• Types of prompts: informative, brainstorming, corrective, iterative
• Frameworks like PACT, ACCR, and Chain of Thought applied to communication tasks
• Context management: how to steer tone, role, format, and output style
From Prompt to Dialogue
• Working iteratively: using AI for drafts, revisions, and nuance
• Evaluation: how to critically assess AI-generated output
• Applications: drafting statements, responses, presentations, or speeches

AFTERNOON SESSION (13:00-16:00)

Why a GPT?
• What is a GPT/agent, and how does it differ from classic prompting?
• How do you start with the creation of your GPT/agent?
• Use cases in communication: templates for press releases, intranet posts, answers to standard questions, etc.
The Building Blocks of a GPT Agent
• Roles and instructions: define the agent’s profile (e.g. spokesperson, editor, brand guardian), system prompt.
• Adding context: tone of voice, brand style guides, sample texts, work instructions, knowlegde base.
• Define output settings: response length, structure, audience and channel sensitivity
Building Your Own GPT/Agent
• Hands-on in ChatGPT Custom GPT or Copilot Studio
• Step-by-step: writing instructions, uploading documents, adding sample interactions
• Live testing, optimization, and troubleshooting with expert guidance
TEACHING APPROACH
• 1 hour of theory, followed by 2 hours of hands-on building with live coaching
• Each participant works based on their own communication context
