José Fernandez, Chief Customer Experience Officer CMO & CDO at D’Ieteren, started his career working in sales for an advertiser in the retail industry.

Following this first experience, he jumped in to the digital and tech world in leading some of biggest agencies (LBi, Dentsu & iProspect) and is now responsible for Belgium’s number 1 car distributor. While guiding the group in a new era of modern mobility, he remains at the forefront of digital transformation, data usage and customer experience.
