Challenge your perspective and engage in meaningful exchanges between generations and areas of expertise.<\/p>\n<p>In 2023, the BMMA identified a gap in young professional participation at business events, despite the sector being rich with young talent. To address this, they created Next Gen in Action, designed to provide young talents with opportunities for learning, networking and recognition.<\/p>\n<p>Your participation in the evening event will allow you to get in touch with new ideas launched by young talent who will present their reflections built up during the entire day.
