De prijsuitreiking vond dinsdagavond plaats in club TheMerode tijdens MM Tech, voor een publiek dat de 14 jonge professionals van Wavemaker, Space, Semetis, Publicis Groupe, Phd Media, Mindshare, Hybrid Agency en Havas kwam aanmoedigen.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"415\" data-end=\"901\">Op <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/be.themedialeader.com\/nl\/young-media-channel-expert-data-driven-drie-teams-genomineerd-voor-het-podium\/\">13 november<\/a> werden de kandidaten ontvangen bij<strong> RMB<\/strong>, waar ze in duo\u2019s werkten aan een briefing van <strong>Jelle Willaert<\/strong>, Paid Media Expert bij <strong>ING<\/strong>. De opdracht draaide rond een lanceringscampagne voor begin 2026, met meetbare doelstellingen voor drie strategische doelgroepen: jongeren, startende ondernemers en expats. <strong>Daria Andrienko<\/strong> (Paid Media Expert bij ING) en <strong>St\u00e9phanie Radochitzki<\/strong> (Head of Media, Marketing Intelligence &amp; Creative Studio bij ING) gaven toelichting en hielpen met nuttige data.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"903\" data-end=\"1225\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-303217 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/be.themedialeader.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/Stephanie-Radochitzki.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"152\" height=\"209\" srcset=\"https:\/\/be.themedialeader.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/Stephanie-Radochitzki.jpg 172w, https:\/\/be.themedialeader.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/Stephanie-Radochitzki-66x90.jpg 66w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 152px) 100vw, 152px\" \/>De winnaars van 2024 overhandigden het YMCE-trofee aan de laureaten van 2025 op het MM Tech-podium, samen met <strong>St\u00e9phanie Radochitzki<\/strong> en <strong>Max Brouns<\/strong> (UMA). Juryvoorzitter Radochitzki benadrukte het belang van de YMCE-competities: ze bieden praktische training in tools en methodes voor strategie\u00ebn op basis van lokale data.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"903\" data-end=\"1225\">&#8220;<em>Onze briefing bevatte verschillende doelstellingen en meetbare KPI\u2019s. Voor ons stond vooral een leerzame ervaring voor alle deelnemers centraal.
